S 0970 General Bill, By Passailaigue
A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-5-1665 so as to provide for the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to supervise the work performed under a construction contract awarded by the Department; and to amend Section 57-5-1650, relating to regulations pertaining to the qualifications of contractors allowed to bid on department work, so as to require the Department to establish the regulations, change the reference to regulations from reasonable to appropriate, and revise the eligibility requirements for bidders.
