    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to concurrent jurisdiction of Magistrate Courts, Municipal Courts and Circuit Courts with Family Courts, so as to provide that such courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction for the trial of persons under seventeen years of age charged with violations of provisions of Title 50 (Fish, Game and Watercraft Statutes), and to require the reporting of convictions to the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department.
