    A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 6 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to local government by adding Sections 6-1-60 and 6-1-70 so as to provide that local governments may assess development fees to offset costs associated with providing necessary public services to a development, and to provide definitions.
