 A Concurrent Resolution to provide for a Joint Meeting of the Senate and the
 House of Representatives in the Hall of the House on February 25, 1981 at
 12:15 P.M. for the purpose of electing members of the Board of Trustees of
 Clemson University, whose terms expire in 1982, followed by the election of a
 member of the Public Service Commission for the Third Congressional District
 for a term to expire July 1, 1982, followed by the election of members of the
 State College Board of Trustees to fill vacancies created by the expiration of
 terms.
