S 0639 General Bill, By F.H. McGill
 A Bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 1, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to General Provisions concerning the administration of State
 Government, by adding Article 19 so as to establish multicounty residency
 districts for the purpose of appointing and electing members to certain State
 Boards, Committees, and Commissions; to amend Section 13-3-40, as amended,
 relating to the State Development Board, Section 46-5-10, as amended, relating
 to the Agriculture Commission, Sections 57-3-210 and 57-3-220, relating to the
 State Highways and Public Transportation Commission, Sections 59-5-10 and
 59-5-20, relating to the State Board of Education, Sections 59-105-10 and
 59-105-20, relating to the State College Board of Trustees, and Sections
 59-117-10 and 59-117-20, relating to the University of South Carolina Board of
 Trustees, so as to provide that certain members of all of the above-named
 governing bodies previously appointed or elected from Judicial Circuits shall
 hereafter be elected or appointed from multicounty residential districts
 established in Section 1-1-1110, added to the 1976 Code by this Act, and the
 number of members on such governing bodies shall be increased accordingly.
