 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 52-3-40, so as to provide that the annual Clemson and University of South
 Carolina football game shall be broadcast on South Carolina Educational
 Television Channels if all tickets are sold and it is not scheduled to be
 televised on a commercial television station or network for compensation to
 the universities.
