 A Bill to amend Section 59-119-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the election and terms of members of the Board of Trustees of
 Clemson University, so as to reconstitute the Board, provide for the selection
 and terms of its members, filling of vacancies on the Board, a restriction on
 consecutive terms, and standards to insure representative membership on the
 Board; and to provide for implementation procedures.
