S 0730 General Bill, By H.A. Chapman
 A Bill to amend Section 59-117-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the composition of the Board of Trustees of the University of
 South Carolina, so as to reconstitute the Board, provide for the selection and
 terms of its members, filling of vacancies on the Board, a restriction on
 consecutive terms, and standards to insure representative membership on the
 Board; to provide for implementation procedures; and to repeal Sections
 59-117-20 and 59-117-30, relating to terms of members of the Board and the
 filling of vacancies thereon.
