 A Bill to amend Section 59-123-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the composition of the Board of Trustees of the Medical University
 of South Carolina, so as to reconstitute the Board, provide for the selection
 and terms of its members, filling of vacancies on the Board, a restriction on
 consecutive terms, and standards to insure representative membership on the
 Board; to provide for implementation procedures; and to repeal Section
 59-123-50, relating to election and terms of the members of the Board.
