 A Concurrent Resolution urging the State Budget and Control Board to authorize
 Clemson University to expend an appropriation of seventy-five thousand
 dollars, as contained in Act 178 of 1981 (The General Appropriation Act), not
 only for the eradication or control of fire ants but also for the
 Mediterranean Fruit Fly problem and the gypsy moth program.
