 A Concurrent Resolution to express the sense of the General Assembly that no
 state funds be used to fund any study to determine the feasibility of merging
 the College of Charleston and the Medical University of South Carolina and to
 call on the State Reorganization Commission to reverse its action in
 appropriating the sum of five thousand dollars for the purpose of carrying out
 such a study.
