H 3776 General Bill, By B.L. Hendricks, Martin and E.W. Simpson
 A Bill to amend Section 47-15-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to exemptions as to the feeding of garbage to swine, so as to provide
 that school districts may dispose of their garbage for the purpose of feeding
 swine owned by any agency, institution, department, or political subdivision
 of the State; to provide that such swine shall not be sold or offered for
 sale; to require a school district disposing of its garbage in this manner to
 submit a plan of disposal to the Clemson University Livestock-Poultry Health
 Department for approval.
