 A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate the fourteen teams selected to
 represent South Carolina from elementary, middle, and high school levels in
 Berkeley, Charleston, Pickens, and Saluda Counties at the Olympics of the Mind
 World Competition and to wish them much success in the competition to be held
 May 26 and May 27, 1983, at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant,
 Michigan.
