 A Bill to amend Act 1377 of 1968, as amended, relating to the issuance of
 State Capitol Improvement Bonds, so as to authorize the issuance of additional
 bonds for the construction of the Visitor/Tourism Education and Training
 Center to be named in honor of the late Charles E. Hodges and located on the
 campus of the Horry-Georgetown Technical Education Center; to authorize the
 issuance of additional bonds for the construction of armories; to reduce bond
 authorizations for the University of South Carolina and the Department of
 Mental Retardation; and to provide that the Joint Bond Review Committee shall
 schedule the authorizations into its schedule of authorizations.
