 A Concurrent Resolution to fix twelve fifteen p.m. on Wednesday, February 2,
 1983, as the time for a session of the joint assembly to elect a Family Court
 Judge in the Second Judicial Circuit to succeed the Honorable John W. Harte,
 Jr., occupying Seat Number One; in the Fourth Judicial Circuit to succeed the
 Honorable LeRoy Want, occupying Seat Number One; in the Ninth Judicial Circuit
 to succeed the Honorable Lawrence E. Richter, Jr., occupying Seat Number
 Three, whose terms of office expire in 1984; and in the Fifth Judicial Circuit
 to succeed the Honorable Harold R. Boulware, occupying Seat Number Two, who is
 retiring, and for the purpose of electing members of the Clemson University
 Board of Trustees to fill the unexpired terms of the Honorable T. Kenneth
 Crib, deceased, whose term expires in 1984 and the Honorable D. Leslie Tindal,
 resigned, whose term expires in 1986.
