AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-450, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS IN PICKENS COUNTY, SO AS TO NUMBER AND NAME THEM AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE FILING OF THE OFFICIAL MAPS. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: Voting precincts in Pickens County SECTION 1. Section 7-7-450 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 169 of 1977, is further amended to read: "Section 7-7-450. In Pickens County there are the following voting precincts: Precinct Number Precinct Name 001 Stone Church 003 Calhoun 004 Clemson 005 Pike 006 Central I 007 Central II 008 Norris 009 Lawrence Chapel 010 Six Mile 011 Praters Creek 012 Mountain View 013 Albert R. Lewis 014 Holly Springs 015 Pumpkintown 016 Ambler 017 Pickens I 018 Pickens II 019 Pickens III 020 Cedar Rock 021 Rice's Creek 022 Liberty I 023 Liberty II 024 Flat Rock 025 Zion 026 Smith Grove 027 Arial Mill 028 Park Street 029 Brushy Creek 030 Forest Acres 031 Easley 032 McKissick 033 Dacusville 034 Crosswell 035 Georges Creek 036 Powdersville. The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on official maps on file with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the Budget and Control Board and as shown on certified copies provided to the State Election Commission and the County Board of Voter Registration by the Division." Time effective SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
