S 0563 General Bill, By H.E. McDonald
 A Bill to amend Chapter 21 of Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to watercraft by adding Section 50-21-105 so as to make it unlawful
 to engage in the sport of surfing in a reckless and dangerous manner, provide
 penalties including a reckless and dangerous manner, provide penalties
 including a presumption of civil liability against a surfer for injury to a
 nonsurfing swimmer and designate law enforcement officers authorized to
 enforce the provisions of the section.
