 A Bill to amend Title 15, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to
 civil remedies and procedures by adding Chapter 79 so as to provide for civil
 immunity for certain athletic coaches, officials, and for nonprofit
 organizations, and the officers and directors thereof engaged in conducting
 sports programs, and to provide exceptions.
