AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTION 48-39-40 RELATING TO THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT APPELLATE PANEL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Coastal zone management appellate panel, repeal

SECTION    1.    Section 48-39-40 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 1st day of May, 2018.

Approved the 3rd day of May, 2018.
