 CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE 4-H YOUTH AND HOME ECONOMICS PROGRAMS AND TO WISH HER
 EVERY HAPPINESS AND GOOD FORTUNE IN HER RETIREMENT.

TO RECOGNIZE AND COMMEND MRS. DANNELLA V. HILLIAN OF CHESTERFIELD COUNTY FOR HER MANY YEARS OF UNSELFISH PUBLIC SERVICE AND HER CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE 4-H YOUTH AND HOME ECONOMICS PROGRAMS AND TO WISH HER EVERY HAPPINESS AND GOOD FORTUNE IN HER RETIREMENT.

Whereas, Mrs. Dannela V. Hillian has been a Home Economist Extension Agent in Chesterfield County since 1974 with the Clemson University Extension Service; and

Whereas, she has worked in Marlboro and Dillon counties as a Home Economist since 1994 as a Cluster Extension Agent; and

Whereas, prior to coming to the Clemson University Extension Service, she worked as a Home Economics School Teacher from 1973 to 1974 with the Chesterfield County School District; and

Whereas, Mrs. Hillian has devoted all of her adult life to promoting, educating, and fostering Youth Development and Home Economic Programs in Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties and the State of South Carolina; and

Whereas, Mrs. Hillian has participated to the maximum degree of her ability in the public life of her community and has made invaluable contributions; and

Whereas, Mrs. Hillian has been in the vanguard to improve the quality of life for the citizens of South Carolina for twenty-eight years. She has been affiliated with professional associations where she has won the respect and admiration of her peers; and

Whereas, Chesterfield County and the State of South Carolina are indebted to Mrs. Hillian for her many contributions to the youth, families, and other citizens privileged to know this outstanding lady. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, recognize and commend Mrs. Dannella V. Hillian of Chesterfield County for her many years of unselfish public service and her contributions to the 4-H Youth and Home Economics Programs and wish her every happiness and good fortune in her retirement.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Mrs. Dannella V. Hillian.
