 A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO CELEBRATE THE WEDDING OF KATHRYN MICHELE JONES AND
 SHELDON "TY" ERVING, AND TO WISH THEM A WONDERFUL LIFE TOGETHER.

TO CELEBRATE THE WEDDING OF KATHRYN MICHELE JONES AND SHELDON "TY" ERVING, AND TO WISH THEM A WONDERFUL LIFE TOGETHER.

Whereas, the House of Representatives is pleased to learn that Kathryn Michele Jones and Sheldon "Ty" Erving were married in the First Baptist Church of Moncks Corner on May 7, 2011; and

Whereas, the spring nuptials in the Lowcountry, officiated by Reverend Harold N. West, Jr., were followed by a reception at the Old Santee Canal Park in Moncks Corner; and

Whereas, the bride is the daughter of Kathy and Ralph Jones of Moncks Corner, and the groom is the son of Rena and Rock Erving of West Columbia; and

Whereas, after graduating from Berkeley High School in 2005, Kathryn earned a degree from the University of South Carolina in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training; and

Whereas, Ty graduated from Batesburg-Leesville High School in 2003 and attended the University of South Carolina on a football scholarship while earning a 2007 degree in hospitality, retail, and tourism management; and

Whereas, now employed at the Hart Law Firm in Columbia, Kathryn is a Jazzercise franchise owner and certified instructor in Lexington, and Ty is an agent with American General Life and Accident Insurance Company in Columbia; and

Whereas, after a honeymoon in Aruba, the couple took up residence in Columbia. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, celebrate the wedding of Kathryn Michele Jones and Sheldon "Ty" Erving, and wish them a wonderful life together.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to Kathryn and Ty Erving.
