 A Bill to amend Sections 46-13-10, 46-13-20, 46-13-30, 46-13-40, 46-13-50,
 46-13-60, 46-13-80, 46-13-90 and 46-13-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to pesticides, so as to provide for the administration of the
 Pesticide Control Act by the Board of Trustees of Clemson University; to
 change the definition of "device", "director:, "disinfectant" and "restricted
 use pesticide:; to designate Sections 46-13-170 and 46-13-200 as the Sections
 containing enforcement procedures; to provide for the approval and
 registration by the Environmental Protection Agency for a product to be
 registered; to provide for application fees; to require sale of restricted use
 pesticides only by licensed establishments; to change the validity date of
 licenses; and to provide penalties.
