S 1011 General Bill, By T.E. Garrison
 A Bill to amend Sections 46-13-30, 46-13-90 and 46-13-180, Code of Laws of
 South Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to pesticides, so as to empower the
 Director of the Division of Regulatory and Public Service Programs, College of
 Agricultural Sciences, Clemson University, to issue, modify or revoke orders
 necessary to carry out the provisions of the Pesticide Control Act; to provide
 persons with an opportunity for a public hearing instead of requiring a public
 hearing before regulations are adopted; to provide for the initiation of
 additional enforcement actions by such director; and to more specifically
 define persons against whom civil penalties may be imposed.
