AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-450, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS IN PICKENS COUNTY, SO AS TO REDESIGNATE THE PRECINCTS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Voting precincts redesignated
SECTION 1. Section 7-7-450 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 434 of 1990, is further amended to read:
"Section 7-7-450. (A) In Pickens County there are the following voting precincts:

Lewis Holly Springs Pumpkintown Ambler Pickens I Pickens II Pickens III Griffin Glassy Mountain Cedar Rock Rice's Creek Liberty I Liberty II Flat Rock Zion Enon Smith Grove Arial Mill Park Street Brushy Creek Forest Acres Easley McKissick Dacusville I Dacusville II Crosswell Georges Creek Powdersville Rock Springs Saluda Simpson Pickensville (B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on official maps on file with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the Budget and Control Board designated as document P-77-93 and as shown on certified copies provided to the State Election Commission and the Pickens County Board of Voter Registration by the division. (C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Pickens County Registration and Elections Commission subject to the approval of the majority of the Pickens County Legislative Delegation."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
