R. 582, H. 4142 - Act re restrictions, wake zones, penalties, and fine disbursements for watercraft on Lake Murray

R. 597, H. 4631 - Act re examinations to practice podiatric medicine, re the Board of Podiatry, and to reauthorize the South Carolina State Board of Dentistry, and the South Carolina Board of Examiners in Opticianry for six years

R. 568, H. 3385 - Act re elections, methods of nomination, and qualifications to run as a candidate in general elections and re special elections to fill vacancies in office

R. 628, H. 5146 - Act to authorize the Charleston County School District to charge matriculation and other incidental fees and to revise the manner in which certain vacancies are filled

R. 537, S. 1040 - Act re the composition of the Legislative Audit Council, so as to increase the number of public members of the Council from three to five and to provide that one must be a licensed attorney, and delete two ex officio members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Lieutenant Governor

R. 14, H. 3218 - Act to authorize the former Board of Directors of a dissolved nonprofit corporation or eleemosynary organization located in Florence County to distribute the remaining assets of the organization

R. 2, S. 278 - Act re the "Goose Creek Park and Playground Commission, so as to change the name of the commission to the Goose Creek Recreation Commission

R. 11, S. 474 - Act to direct the Department of Transportation to remove from the State Highway system a portion of secondary road S28-539 in Kershaw County

R. 3, S. 334 - Act to authorize the former Board of Directors of a dissolved nonprofit corporation or eleemosynary organization located in Florence County to distribute the remaining assets of the organization

R. 54, H. 3659 - Act re the North Greenville Fire District, so as to provide that members of the governing body must be elected on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd-numbered years

R. 27, S. 585 - Act re the creation of the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium Commission, so as to change the composition of the commission

R.25, S. 494 - Act to provide a minimum distance within which a commercial construction, demolition, and land-clearing landfill in Spartanburg County may not be located from an existing aquaculture farm or facility

R. 22, S. 294 - Act re watershed conservation districts, so as to delete the provision for back swamp watershed conservation district in Lee County

R. 65, H. 3853 - Act re the North Spartanburg fire and rescue district, so as to authorize the board of the district to employ firemen and other employees

R. 64, H. 3788 - Act re Charleston County Park, Recreation and Tourist district, so as to delete the provision for the maintenance of golf courses

R. 63, H. 3728 - Act to provide that the Charleston County Board of Assessment Control is abolished and its powers and duties devolved upon the Charleston County Council

R. 89, H. 3977 - Act re the North Spartanburg Area Fire and Rescue District Board of Fire and Rescue Control, so as to increase the members of the board from five to seven and to provide for terms of four rather than six years

R. 80, S. 802 - Act to develop the authority for appointments and budgetary approvals for certain offices, boards, and commissions from the Joint Legislative Delegation representing Berkeley County to the governing body of Berkeley County

R. 79, S. 767 - Act to direct the Department of Transportation to remove from the State Highway System that portion of secondary road S-38-1840 in Orangeburg County between the gates at either end of the Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School

R. 78, S. 732 - Act re the Abbeville County Historic Preservation Commission, so as to increase the membership of the commission from seven to eleven members

R. 124, S. 814 - Act re the jurisdiction of the police department of the town of Jefferson in Chesterfield County

R. 117, S. 670 - Act to provide that each member of the Kershaw County transportation Committee shall be allowed and paid from Kershaw County "C" Fund revenues seventy-five dollars for each meeting at which he is in attendance

R. 102, S. 368 - Act to authorize a member of the retirement system for judges and solicitors who is at least sixty-five years of age and eligible to receive retirement benefits from the retirement system for members of the general Assembly but for the member's current employment as a judge or solicitor to elect to receive these benefits; and to allow a member of the General Assembly serving any part of a year to establish credit for the full year under the retirement system for members of the General Assembly by paying the full actuarial cost of the service

R. 207, H. 4230 - Act to provide for payment for the attendance of meetings by the Laurens County Transportation Committee

R. 201, H. 4218 - Act to provide for payment for the attendance of meetings by the McCormick County Transportation Committee

R. 204, H. 4226 - Act to authorize the members of the Orangeburg County Transportation Committee to be reimbursed mileage from funds available for administrative expenses of the committee

R. 203, H. 4224 - Act to provide for payment for the attendance of meetings by the Abbeville County Transportation Committee

R. 202, H. 4219 - Act to provide for payment for the attendance of meetings by the Greenwood County Transportation Committee

R. 187, H. 4089 - Act re the creation of the Abbeville county Historic Preservation Commission, so as to increase the members of the commission from seven to eleven

R. 131, H. 3023 - Act to enact the Gift of Life Organ and Tissue Procurement Act of 1995
