A BILL

TO REPEAL A JOINT RESOLUTION OF 2002 BEARING RATIFICATION NUMBER 176, ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL NURSING HOME FRANCHISE FEE.

    Amend Title To Conform

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    A joint resolution of 2002 bearing ratification number 176 is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect July 1, 2002.
