A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 8-13-1328, RELATING TO LIMITS ON REPAYMENT OF LOANS FROM A CANDIDATE OR CANDIDATE'S FAMILY MEMBER TO A CAMPAIGN.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 8-13-1328 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
