TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 44-53-190, RELATING TO SCHEDULE 1 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, SO AS TO ADD TIANEPTINE TO SCHEDULE 1.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 44-53-190(B) of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:
48. Tianeptine
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
