A JOINT RESOLUTION TO NAME THE OVERPASS BRIDGE PRESENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF U. S. 301 AND S. C. 38 IN DILLON COUNTY THE "S. NORWOOD GASQUE BRIDGE" AND TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS AT BOTH ENDS OF THE BRIDGE ON WHICH THE NAME IS CLEARLY INDICATED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Bridge named

SECTION 1. The overpass bridge presently under construction and located at the intersection of U. S. 301 and S. C. 38 in Dillon County is named the "S. Norwood Gasque Bridge". The Department of Highways and Public Transportation is directed to erect appropriate signs at both ends of the bridge on which the name is clearly indicated.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
