TO AMEND RULE 10 OF THE RULES OF THE SENATE, RELATING TO COMMITTEE REPORTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ROLL CALL VOTES AND POLLS MUST BE PUBLISHED AS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That Rule 10 of the Senate is amended by adding at the end:
"The report also must include a list of the committee members and their vote. Any poll of the members regarding a bill or resolution must be recorded and published as a matter of public record."
