AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 1377 OF 1968, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE YORK COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Name of bond authorization changed
SECTION 1. Sub-subitem (e) of subitem (13) State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education, as last amended by an act of 1991 bearing ratification number 256, is further amended to read:
"(e) York: Administration Building 980,000".
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
