TO AMEND SECTION 23-31-150, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A RETAIL DEALER'S LICENSE TO SELL PISTOLS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IN ORDER FOR A PERSON TO BE ISSUED SUCH A LICENSE, HE MUST HAVE BEEN A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS AND A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO HIS LICENSURE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 23-31-150 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
