TO FIX WEDNESDAY MAY 8, 1991, AT 12:00 NOON AS THE TIME FOR ELECTING SUCCESSORS FOR CERTAIN JUDGES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WHOSE TERMS EXPIRE JUNE 30, 1992, AND JUNE 30, 1994; AND TO ELECT SUCCESSORS FOR CERTAIN JUDGES OF THE FAMILY COURT WHOSE TERMS EXPIRE JUNE 30, 1995.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the House of Representatives and the Senate meet in joint assembly in the Hall of the House on Wednesday, May 8, 1991, to elect a successor to The Honorable John Hamilton Smith, Circuit Judge of the First Judicial Circuit whose term expires June 30, 1992; to elect a successor to The Honorable Hubert E. Long, Circuit Judge from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit whose term expires June 30, 1994; and a successor to The Honorable Luke Brown, Circuit Judge from the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit whose term expires June 30, 1994; and to elect judges of the family court from the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Seat 2, Tenth Judicial Circuit, Seat 3, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Seat 1, and Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Seat 1, whose terms expire on June 30, 1995.
