H. 4110 is a Joint Resolution to reauthorize the existence of the South Carolina Board for Nursing Home Administrators and Community Residential Care Facility Administrators for three years.
There will be no additional cost to the General Fund if H. 4110 is enacted. The FY 92-93 recommended budget for this agency is $67,720. The 92-93 estimated revenue for credit to the general fund is $75,900. Once the Community Residential Care Facility Administrators Law is implemented, the revenue will increase. Approximately 400 individuals are anticipated to be licensed. At the present, fees have not been established for the licensing of Community Residential Care Facility Administrators.

TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA BOARD FOR NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS AND COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY ADMINISTRATORS FOR THREE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators and Community Residential Care Facility Administrators is reauthorized for three years.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
