AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 442 OF 1986 RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE DESIGN AND PRINT DECALS WHICH MAY BE DISPLAYED WHEREVER BARBEQUE IS SOLD.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Repeal
SECTION 1. Act 442 of 1986 is repealed.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
