TO DEVOLVE THE POWERS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES UPON THE DORCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND TO TRANSFER THE ASSETS AND LIABILITIES OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO THE DORCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND TO REPEAL ACT 1627 OF 1972.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Effective upon the approval of this act by the Governor, the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Dorchester County Vocational Education Board of Trustees are devolved upon the Dorchester School District Two Board of Trustees, and the assets and liabilities of the Dorchester County Vocational Education Board of Trustees are transferred to the Dorchester School District Two Board of Trustees.
SECTION 2. Act 1627 of 1972 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
