A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 41-33-150, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF AN APPROPRIATION LAW FOR REQUISITIONS FROM THE UNEMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND FOR PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THIS CODE SECTION MUST INCORPORATE THE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 903(C) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT AS A CONDITION OF PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 41-33-150 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"(4) Any appropriation pursuant to this section must also incorporate those requirements specified in Section 903(c) of the Social Security Act, as amended, as a condition of payment of expenses of administration."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
