S 0889 General Bill, By Drummond
    A Bill to amend Section 41-33-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement of an appropriation law for requisitions from the Unemployment Trust Fund for payment of administrative expenses, so as to provide that any appropriation pursuant to this Code Section must incorporate the requirements specified in Section 903(C) of the Social Security Act as a condition of payment of expenses of administration.
