A SENATE RESOLUTION

EXPRESSING THE SYMPATHY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SENATE TO THE FAMILY AND MANY FRIENDS OF THE LATE JESSE LEVI RISH OF WEST COLUMBIA IN LEXINGTON COUNTY.

Whereas, it is appropriate for the members of the Senate to pause in their deliberations so that they might note the passing of so distinguished a son of South Carolina. Now, therefore,
