Senate Bill 1324 proposes to amend Article 9, Chapter 25, Title 11, of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, by adding Section 11-25-630 so as to authorize reading and discussion from the Senate Journal in education institutions, libraries and public buildings.
Enactment of this bill would have no impact on the General Fund of the State as Section 1 merely authorizes the discussion and reading, verbatim or in paraphrased form, silently, or audibly of any or all portions of the Senate Journal as outlined; and authorizes the public display of the Senate Journal at various locations.
