AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 44-11-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DESIGNATING BUILDINGS AT THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AS FACILITIES OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 44-11-20 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
