AN ACT TO DECREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE UNION COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES BOARD FROM NINE TO THREE MEMBERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Board decreased

SECTION 1. The Union County Department of Social Services Board is decreased from nine to three members. The members serving on the effective date of this act shall serve until the expiration of the term for which they were appointed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
