A BILL

TO ESTABLISH A GOVERNING BODY FOR THE BUFFALO FIRE DISTRICT IN UNION COUNTY AND PROVIDE A PROCEDURE FOR THEIR ELECTION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The following procedure must be used to elect the governing body of the Buffalo Fire District in Union County:

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
