TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, RELATING TO PARKING AND TRAFFIC, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 1663, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the University of South Carolina, relating to Parking and Traffic, designated as Regulation Document Number 1663, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Regulation 119-16: The amendments will increase the penalties and bonds applicable to violations of parking in a handicap space or blocking a handicap space on the University of South Carolina campuses in Columbia, Aiken, Spartanburg, Sumter and Union. The Regulations also apply to Coastal Carolina.
Regulation 119-17: The amendments will increase the bonds applicable to violations of parking in a handicap space or blocking a handicap space on the University of South Carolina campuses in Columbia, Aiken, and Spartanburg. The Regulations also apply to Coastal Carolina.
Regulation 119-18: The amendments will increase the bonds applicable to delinquent violations of parking in a handicap space or blocking a handicap space on the University of South Carolina campuses in Columbia, Aiken, and Spartanburg after service of a warrant. The Regulations also apply to Coastal Carolina.
