A BILL

TO REPEAL PARAGRAPH 17H.4 OF ACT 164 OF 1993 RELATING TO PERSONAL ASSIGNMENT OF STATE OWNED VEHICLES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Paragraph 17H.4 of Act 164 of 1993 is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
