AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-870, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BIRD SANCTUARIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE ROLLING GREEN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN GREENVILLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Bird sanctuary
SECTION 1. Section 50-11-870 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Section 1262, Act 181 of 1993, is further amended by adding an appropriately numbered item to read:
"( ) Rolling Green Retirement Community in Greenville County."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
