AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-9-505 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN FISHING ON LAKE ASHWOOD IN LEE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Authorized fishing on Lake Ashwood
SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 50-9-505. A person permitted pursuant to Section 50-9-500 is authorized to fish on Lake Ashwood in Lee County with nonmanufactured tackle or natural bait."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
