A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND TOMMY HARMAN OF LEXINGTON UPON BEING NAMED THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEXINGTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly are very pleased to learn that Tommy Harman has been named Director of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce; and

Whereas, he brings wide experience to this position as a successful businessman and community leader having formerly served as an officer of the Lexington State Bank; and

Whereas, community and public service are traditions in the Harman family in that his father is a former member of the General Assembly and also former director of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce; and

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly, by this resolution, would like to publicly recognize and commend this capable and respected South Carolinian upon his being named to this important position. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly hereby commend Tommy Harman of Lexington upon being named the Director of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to

Mr. Harman.
