A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO NAME THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 76 AND INTERSTATE 85 IN ANDERSON COUNTY AS "CHARLANTA".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The intersection of Highway 76 (Clemson Boulevard) and Interstate 85 in Anderson County is designated as "Charlanta". The South Carolina Department of Transportation shall install appropriate markers or signs at places along the roads as it deems advisable to designate this intersection as "Charlanta".

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
