AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 2, ACT 394 OF 1994, RELATING TO THE THREE-YEAR PROSPECTIVE REPEAL WHICH PROHIBITS A HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY OR A HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION PLAN FROM RESTRICTING SELECTION OF A PHARMACIST OF CHOICE OR FROM RESTRICTING A PHARMACIST THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PROVIDER IF TERMS OF THE POLICY OR PLAN ARE MET.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Act 394 of 1994 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
